I enjoyed the location, close to various attractions. The kids loved the Aerial Tramway, which offered nice views. On one occasion, I dined out and tried some great German food. the potato pancakes were a highlight. It reminded me of my time living in Germany, and my partner and I appreciated the delicious options. The coffee was good too, perfect for starting our day.
The breakfast was not good, leading us to eat out instead. The hot tub wasn't working during our stay, which we were looking forward to. Housekeeping did not meet expectations on several occasions.

The location is fantastic for walking to nearby attractions. The beds were super comfy, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast offered decent options, including warm biscuits that hit the spot. However, the room felt outdated. the carpets had stains and some furnishings showed wear. The hot water took forever to heat up, making showers frustrating. The lack of housekeeping services during our stay was disappointing, especially since the room needed a bit of tidying up. The breakfast also lacked variety, leading us to eat out some mornings.

The location was lovely, and the beds were somewhat comfortable, if you ignore the couch insisting it’s 'low to the ground. ' The staff was friendly, but the overall vibe screamed 'we’re still in the 90s! '
The pool was hotter than a sauna, and the handicap lift was about as secure as a lawn chair. Yikes!

The staff was friendlier than my grandma's homemade cookies, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, with warm biscuits and gravy that could make anyone feel better on a chilly morning.
Old, stained carpets.

Not recommended for families
Friendly staff and clean room! The location was ideal, right across the street from our favorite breakfast spot where we powered up for the day. We were able to explore downtown without fussing with parking.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but well, it was acceptable.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, making check-in easy, and the complimentary breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of hot options that made mornings enjoyable. Plus, the location is excellent, just a short walk to attractions.
More comfortable seating options in common areas would help.

The location was more convenient than finding free parking at a carnival! Just a short stroll to the heart of Gatlinburg, making it easy to explore shops and attractions. The breakfast spread included made-to-order omelettes that were fluffier than my expectations for hotel food, and the staff serving them had a flair that could take the stage in a Broadway musical.
Outdated decor.
